J-sports Basketball Training Center

J-SPORTS is a service oriented organization committed to the total development of the youth through sports.We provide the youth a scientific training of Basketball through personalized module suitable to the needs of the child as well as linking them to different Basketball activities for exposure as pathway after attending series of Basketball training.

History:

In 2006, Mr. Julius G. Hidalgo, a Physical Education graduate of the University of the East, started J-Basketball Summer Clinic in Bahayang Pag-asa, Imus Cavite. Since then, J-Basketball was offered every Summer for youth ages 7-15.

In 2009, JELL Sports Training Center formally registered its name in the Department of Trade and Industry as a service oriented organization. JELL Sports began its year-round program and was held in different barangay courts in Bacoor and Imus. JELL Sports Invitational was held in International British Academy in 2011. JELL Sports was also invited to conduct a 10-day basketball training in SM Molino in 2011 before the organizers part ways in 2012.

In summer of 2012, I continued my passion for Basketball by launching J-Sports Basketball Club and was attended by 30 trainees coming from Imus, Bacoor and General Trias. The continuous success of J-sports leads to the development of the Inter-School Sports Invitational or “I.S.S.I.” and since then, J-sports serve as the backbone of ISSI. I.S.S.I. is the first extramural league in Cavite that provides leveling program in an Inter School Basketball tournament.

Now, J-sports Basketball Training Center launch its Year-round basketball program at Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School in Dasmarinas City.
